Habouring ill will damage you
Mark 11:23,24 and 25 are scriptures we should pattern our lives after as Christians . Verse 25 specifically tells us to forgive those that have wronged us.
Make a resolution to never harbor any ill will or animosity or wrong feeling towards anyone . Don’t entertain it not even for a moment . If you wouldn’t entertain the thought of killing someone, don’t entertain the thought of unforgiveness also .
Learn to never speak evil of anyone , no matter how tempting it is . We all fall short of this particular one
And 1peter 3:10 and 11 made it clear :
For he that will love life and see good days LET HIM REFRAIN HIS TONGUE FROM EVIL and his lips that they speak no guile (deceit)
LET HIM ESCHEW EVIL, and do good ; let him seek peace and ensue it .
Have you ever stopped to think that your tongue has a lot to do with your quality of life ? It also has a lot to do with how long you live on earth . And it has much to do with whether or not the days you live are good or bad days . God has literally given us the secret to enjoying a long , good life 1Pet 3:10 “…. Refrain your tongue from evil….”
Love always refrains from talking evil . Love speaks no guile or evil about others , and the God kind of love seeks peace with every person .
I receive grace to walk in this kind of love ..
